We enjoyed our stay at this hotel despite having no major expectations. The staff at the reception was lovely and always helpful. We appreciate the spaciousness of the hotel and rooms, as well as the variety of hotel facilities offered. Additionally, the breakfast had a good selection and tasty options. The free transportation provided to the beach and city center was also a great perk.

Everyone was excellent. Overall it was a good stay. Easy to get around Alanya with a bus stop located near to the hotel.

Blue star was good value and near alanya castle. The view was nice from our huge balcony. We enjoyed our stay and would return there.

The staff here were extremely friendly and always went out of their way to help us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We also took advantage of the fantastic spa facilities, where we treated ourselves to some amazing massages. the level of service and comfort provided here was top-notch.

During my Easter vacation at this hotel, I appreciated the spacious and clean rooms that were well-equipped with everything needed. Also, the location near the beach and the town was convenient. Moreover, I enjoyed the different types of cuisines offered daily, with fresh and delicious dishes prepared.

The entertainment was disappointing, with low-quality shows and activities. Furthermore, some staff members were unfriendly and did not speak English, which made communication difficult. Additionally, the pool area was too crowded, and people would occupy sunbeds all day long, even if they were not using them, leaving no space for other guests.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the beach and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are generally clean and the food is well presented in a clean restaurant. The hotel has a good range of facilities such as a spa, gym and pool bars.

Spent a really nice Christmas holiday at a hotel in Turkey. The food was great with a variety of options to choose from and two complementary drinks during meals. The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The animation team kept us entertained with various activities throughout the day. Definitely enjoyed the slide at the pool area.

On the downside, the room was basic and not as clean as expected. The noise from the corridor was disturbing and woke us up at night.
